好老师,优秀教师,在我看来一个是他具有综合能力,我喜欢这样表述:一长,多能,零缺陷零缺陷主要是指无论是人格,还是心智,还有他的专业等,综合方面没有哪一个方面存在着明显的缺失。

如果说优秀教师具有突出的特质,我想从两个方面讲,一个是做人方面,一定是一个大气质人,是一个有大爱之人,同时还是一个有大担当的人。所以,大气,大爱,大担当大气就是包容,开放;大爱是能爱所有的孩子,爱每一个孩子,无论这个孩子怎么样,都会从心里去爱;大担当,不是仅仅站在知识和学科的角度,而是为了每个孩子的明天,也是为了这个民族和人类有这样一种担当。

从能力角度来讲,老师应该有三力。第一个是感受力,这个感受力特别突显的就是感受他人感受的那个能力。因为老师面对的是孩子,孩子的(感受)是独特的,与成人不一样,所以对孩子的视角,即使是一种错误的感受,老师也要有特殊的敏感。

第二,优秀教师一定要有学习力。他要知道作为老师是要不断,终身学习的。学习力表现出他的感悟力,表现出他的研究力,同时也表现在他的行动力上。

第三,除了感受力,学习力之外,我以为还应该有一种力,就是引领力,他能够感染,激发,唤醒,开发孩子们的潜能。

所以有这样三力特质的老师,我以为是位优秀的好老师。
